  2. Browse category or enter your query in the search box
  3. Click your sub-category
  4. Click “Buy Now” just below the product you want
  5. Review the specifications of the product
  6. Click “Add to Cart”
  7. Review payment details
  8. Select product quantity
  9. Enter your email address
  10. Click “Continue”
  11. Enter shipping details
  12. Click “Continue”
  13. Select payment option
  14. Click “Place your Order”
  15. Get order confirmation number

How to Track Order

  1. Go to www.e-mall.com.ph
  2. Click “Customer Hotline”
  3. Enter your query and order confirmation number
  4. Enter your email address
  5. Click “Send”
  6. E-mall staff will send you an email reply within 24 hours

How to Return

Returns will be accepted if made within 15 days from date of receipt of purchased unit.
  1. Go to www.e-mall.com.ph
  2. Click “Customer Hotline”
  3. Enter reason for return and order confirmation number
  4. Confirm the condition of the unit to be returned in the email:
    1. In new condition
    2. Sealed condition
    3. Complete (with all accessories and original packaging)
    4. Not damaged
    5. Tags and Labels are still attached
  5. Enter your email address
  6. Click “Send”
  7. E-mall staff will call to validate reason of return and condition of unit within 24 hours
  8. Returned unit will be scheduled for pick up
  9. Replacement unit will be delivered upon receipt of returned unit

How to Request for Refund

Request for refund will be accepted if made within 15 days from date of receipt of purchased unit.
  1. Go to www.e-mall.com.ph
  2. Click “Customer Hotline”
  3. Enter reason for refund and order confirmation number
  4. Confirm the condition of the unit to be returned in the email:
    1. In new condition
    2. Sealed condition
    3. Complete (with all accessories and original packaging)
    4. Not damaged
    5. Tags and Labels are still attached
  5. Enter your email address
  6. Click “Send”
  7. E-mall staff will call to validate reason of return and condition of unit within 24 hours
  8. Returned unit will be scheduled for pick up
  9. Refund will be transferred to your bank account upon receipt of the returned unit
